Digital delivery
Before payment, the checkout will clearly explain that downloaded software or delivered licenses normally do not receive a seven-day no-reason return. Digital delivery begins only after the user explicitly confirms.
Defects and non-performance
The no-reason exception does not remove statutory rights. If the software materially fails its description, a license is not delivered, a duplicate charge occurs, or another seller-responsible failure happens, the user may seek repair, redelivery, refund, or another lawful remedy.
Process
The Merchant of Record will process refund requests against the order record and synchronize license revocation or adjustment. Contact details, required order information, and expected handling time will be published before sales open.
