License, not resale

A purchase grants personal use of the named product up to the licensed major version. It does not transfer copyright or permit resale, account sharing, or bypassing device limits.

Versions and devices

Buying v1 grants perpetual v1.x use. New major versions are separate purchases, with eligibility-checked upgrade offers for existing owners. Two personal devices are planned; the product, price, and device scope shown at checkout will control.

Test builds

Unsigned Windows packages are tester-only and are not a formal Windows sales release. Testers should understand system warnings, keep source files, and back up projects.

Responsibility

The software is not a substitute for source-media and project backups. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability for defects, misdescription, or failure to perform the contract.
