Public website
Product and download pages use no analytics cookies, advertising trackers, upload forms, or user profiling. The server retains minimal access logs for security and fault diagnosis and rotates them on a limited schedule.
Account portal
The account portal uses strictly necessary security cookies and processes email, password digests, consent records, licenses, device seats, and user-initiated export or deletion requests. Registration stays closed until the email sender and final documents are verified.
Desktop app
Image processing happens on the user’s device. Once licensing is enabled, account ID, device ID, product version, entitlement state, and necessary security events reach the license service; user photographs are not uploaded as licensing data.
Purchases and processors
A Merchant of Record will process future payments under its privacy policy. SoftLoaf retains only order identifiers, product, amount/currency, status, refunds, and records needed to issue the license.
Cross-border processing and rights
The Hong Kong VPS, object storage/CDN, and an overseas Merchant of Record may involve cross-border personal-information processing. Before launch, the service will provide specific notice/consent and PIPIA records where applicable, plus access, correction, export, and deletion channels.
